Job Opportunity: Local Chefs (Cold Kitchen or Bakery)
Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport | ASG Sky Catering
Working Conditions: Shift-based (day | night)
Eligibility: Azerbaijan citizens only
Under the direct supervision of the Head Chef, in order to provide the highest standards of service and quality to passengers, the Chef's responsibilities include:
• Oversee a specific section of the kitchen;
• Assist in creating menus;
• Control kitchen costs;
• Prepare, cook and assemble dishes;
• Ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a catering, restaurant, hotel, airline, or cruise line;
• Ability to create food presentations that match your portfolio and professionalism;
• Preference is given to persons with an intermediate level of spoken in English or Russian;
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
