With the support of the ASG Group of Companies, a meeting with 4th year students was held at the National Aviation Academy of Azerbaijan.
The Dean of the Faculty of Transport Technologies, Associate Professor Nazim Naghiyev thanked ASG Group of Companies’ staff for organizing this meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Department of Air Transport Production of the NAA, Associate Professor Elman Najafov said that graduates of the Faculty of Transport Technologies begin their careers at the airport mainly in ground handling area. The learning process at the Academy is being conducted at a high level in accordance with the current rules of IATA.
The Advisor to the President on Human Resources & General Clerical Organization Saadat Hadiyeva informed the participants about the activities of the ASG Group of Companies. According to her, among the candidates applying for vacancies to the company, preferences are given to the students of NAA.
The Head of Human Resources Management Department of ASG Business Aviation Company Irina Veliyeva mentioned that the main purpose of the meeting is to prepare fresh graduates for entering to the labor market, to provide them with employment opportunities, as well as to create conditions for young people to gain relevant work experience.
The Head of recruiting & personnel development division Ulviyya Mammadova informed the participants about the stages and the process of recruitment in the ASG Group of Companies. She also told about the recruiting rules within the company and about different CV formats, as well as about career opportunities in the field of civil aviation.
U. Mammadova also mentioned that applications for vacancies are accepted via the e-mail address: [email protected] or they can be dropped into CV boxes placed on the company's territory.
At the end of the meeting, answers were given to questions of interest to associate professors, teachers of the Department of Air Transport Production, as well as to the students of the Faculty of "Transport Technologies".
